Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable

Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued for completed or partially completed services

Any deliverables provided (reports, strategies, documents, etc.) are considered fulfilled services
3. Deposits and Retainers

Deposits or retainers required to secure services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing

Retainers may be applied to future services within a specified timeframe, if agreed upon in advance
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice:

Before work begins: A partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or preparation costs

After work has begun: No refunds will be issued for work already performed

For clients engaged in ongoing or subscription-based HR services:
