Refund Policy

1. Overview

High Point Summit Group is committed to delivering high-quality HR consulting services. Due to the customized and professional nature of our services, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

2. Consulting Services

All HR consulting services provided by High Point Summit Group are tailored to each client’s specific needs. As such:

  • Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable

  • Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued for completed or partially completed services

  • Any deliverables provided (reports, strategies, documents, etc.) are considered fulfilled services

3. Deposits and Retainers

  • Deposits or retainers required to secure services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Retainers may be applied to future services within a specified timeframe, if agreed upon in advance

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice:

  • Before work begins: A partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or preparation costs

  • After work has begun: No refunds will be issued for work already performed

5. Subscription or Ongoing Services (if applicable)

For clients engaged in ongoing or subscription-based HR services:

  • You may cancel future services with [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 30 days’] written notice

  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle once it has started

  • Services will continue through the end of the paid billing period

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of this policy may be considered at the sole discretion of High Point Summit Group in cases such as:

  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon services

  • Documented extenuating circumstances

Any such requests must be submitted in writing.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Clients agree to contact High Point Summit Group directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a breach of contract.

8. Modifications to This Policy

High Point Summit Group reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
